We get it. "Extra time" is hard to come by, especially when you're starting up a new agency or transferring from one work system to another. So, here's the minimum of what you'll need to do in Savii Care in order to successfully start scheduling visits in Savii Care for a client (and be able to bill those clients afterward). 


  • Set your agency's visit types   (Go to Agency 360> Admin> Master Files OR visit this article for more info.)
  • Add the caregiver
The system needs at least the following set:
      1. caregiver's name
      2. caregiver's address
      3. caregiver's skill level (in the "Skills" tab of caregiver's file)
      4. caregiver's rate (in the "Payor" tab of caregiver's file)
 The system needs at least the following set:

      1. client's name
      2. client's address
      3. payor info (in the Payor tab)
      4. care plan: state "total time assigned each day" & select at least 1 task (within the "Service Plan" section of the Care Plan tab)
