As your agency grows, we know is vital that information is stored in a way that is organized and easy to access. No file drawers that are so stuffed with tons of papers that you have to thumb through and look for the most recent copy in a client’s file. No waiting for someone else to locate the originals or yet another staff member to find them when the person who normally manages the files is out sick.


Onboarding a client into Savii Care is where you will begin to experience the Savii Care difference on a more personal level. In Savii Care, there's no thumbing, no hassle. You can add or view all the critical information in one spot, including demographics, POA, payors, service plans, and schedules.


There are two different ways to enter information for a new client in Savii Care:


Admit Referral.pngIf the person is an existing referral:

  • Click the REFERRAL 360 icon on the left side of the page
  • Scroll down and click on the referral's name
  • Click the ADMIT button to the right of Referral Details--- This transfers all their information to the Client 360 and makes them an active client in the system.






If the new client was never entered into Savii Care as a referral for your agency, then follow these steps to add them to the system:

  • Click CLIENT 360 icon on the left side of the page; CLIENTS should appear towards the top of the page and should be green
  • Click the blue ADD NEW button towards the top right of the screen
  • DEMOGRAPHICS should appear towards the top of the page and should be green. Enter any data you have for that client’s demographics. (However, only their SOC date and first/ last name are required to save that new client in the system.)
  • If you have other information at that time to enter regarding this new client (such as pieces of their care plan, scheduling needs, billing information, members of their care team, etc.), you can also do so at that time. Otherwise, you can click the orange SAVE button at the bottom of the page and enter any additional information later, as it becomes available.




IMPORTANT NOTE:
If the client you are entering was not entered into the system as a referral first, they will not count towards your agency's referral count. Double-check with your agency on how they would like for you to enter new clients before using the ADD NEW button in the CLIENT 360
