So your agency is giving you access as a Savii Connect user? Great! We know you will enjoy all the features that will now be at your access as a caregiver through the Savii Connect app. Let us introduce you to them.
On the main page once you log into Savii Connect, you will have access to your:

Settings Reset your passwords, submit support tickets to Savii Connect, and view the terms of service/ privacy policy Care Schedule View your care schedule and the visits that have been assigned to you by your agency’s schedule manager, as well as complete scheduled visits Messages Send messages between you and your agency's administrator or care coordinator Caregiver Resources View educational resources compiled for you by Savii Connect |
Once you click on the circular “Visits Schedule” button on the main page after logging in, you have access to the following features regarding a scheduled visit:

View Map of Client’s Location
Call Client’s Phone Number
Scheduler/ Care Plan Notes You can see the tasks associated with that visit and any notes that have been left by the scheduler or other caregivers regarding that client if you click on “View Visit”. |
If you click on “View Visit” for a specific scheduled visit, you will then have access to the following features for that specific visit:

View Assigned Tasks & Additional Notes View all assigned tasks for that specific scheduled visit. Access all other important information or notes that have been left for you regarding this client and/or specific shift by clicking on the Savii ball in the upper right corner of the screen.
Accepting/ Rejecting Shifts Confirm your availability for the the assigned visit by clicking on the “Accept” or “Reject” button. |
Once you click on the circular Savii Connect symbol in the upper right corner, you will then have access to the following information regarding that client:

Allows you to view notes left by the scheduler about that client/ that client’s care
Care Journal Allows you to enter more specific notes regarding the care you provided to that client or view notes from previous caregivers regarding tasks they were not able to complete during their time with the client (such as “laundry needs to be switched from the washer to the dryer”, etc.)
Please note: The Care Journal may be viewed by the family and friends of caregivers, as well.
Escort Log Allows you to document your time in and time out when providing escort services for that visit, as well as view the details of the escort services you have been asked to provide:
Client Info Allows you to view the client’s allergies, dietary restrictions, medicines, diagnosis codes and diagnosis descriptions.
DMAS This is a feature present to support agencies operating out of Virginia. |
