Savii Connect monitors the mobile device for connectivity. If the connection is lost, the app temporarily queues the visit data until connectivity is restored. Once the connection is restored, the data is transferred to the database and wiped from the mobile phone. It is important to review good HIPAA practices with caregivers such as logging off the Savii Connect app when not in use.
