If you are an agency administrator and you would like your caregivers to document their care via phone versus the app, then EVV Plus 


"EVV Plus" allows your caregivers to call into a phone number that documents they have arrived to an assigned visit and reads them the tasks associated with that visit. 


Then, when the caregiver has reached the scheduled end time for that visit, they call the EVV Plus number again to notify the agency that they are finished with the visit and indicate which of the assigned tasks were completed/ not completed during that visit. 


EVV+ does not allow them to voice any custom notes associated with that visit at this time; however, they are able to indicate "yes" I completed this task or "no" I did not complete that task using the keypad on their phone for all tasks that were assigned during that visit. 


To use EVV+,  care plan tasks setup in Savii Care may require minor updates to make sure the system communicates tasks correctly.

  • The "Edit" button to the right of each individual task within the ADL Tasks and IADL Tasks tabs to indicate the specific language that the computer would read
    • Example: If the task is written in Savii Care as "Ambulate w/ Walker", you would want to enter it as "Ambulate with walker."  See example below.
