In the event that you had to print off a client's care plan to give to a caregiver and they are not able to use the Savii Connect app for that visit for whatever reason, below explains how the caregiver can use the printed care plan to document the care that was provided to the client by them for that visit. 


On the provided care plan:

    1. The caregiver should record the time they started their visit in the box provided
    2. The caregiver should record their initials next to each task they have completed on the lines provided underneath the day they are providing care for that individual


    3. The caregiver should record any necessary aide notes at the bottom of the sheet on the lines provided
    4. The caregiver should record the time they ended their visit in the box provided
    5. Per their agency's policy on signatures, the caregiver may record their signature at the bottom of the care plan and obtain the client's signature, as well. 



Then, you'll just need to:
  • Arrange communication between that caregiver and the next caregiver or team as to unfinished tasks or other important notes 
  • Arrange pick up of the care plans
  • Scan the paper care plan into the computer to attach to the corresponding visits in the Visit Manager
