If your caregivers are using the Savii Connect app, the second that you schedule them for a visit, they will receive a notification on their phone (or whatever device they use the Savii Connect app on) that they have been assigned a visit.

However, perhaps you have a caregiver that still takes paper care plans to their visits and is not able to use the handy, dandy Savii Connect app (due to not having a smart phone, breaking the device they would normally use, etc.). No worries; I'm sure you'll get them caught up soon enough. 

In the meantime, you can still communicate what visits they have been assigned to for the coming week. Simply:
  1. Assign visits to the caregiver in the Scheduling Manager like you would normally in Savii Care
  2. In the Client 360 tab, click on the "Reports" tab
  3. Choose the "Scheduled Caregivers" report from the drop-down menu provided
  4. Click on the caregiver's name from the 2nd drop-down menu & the week(s) you would like a report for from the 3rd drop-down menu provided
  5. Click the blue "Run Report" button
  6. Click the blue "Email to Caregiver" button (This will automatically generate an email from support@saviicare.com to the email address associated with that caregiver in Savii Care.)
