Perhaps someone calls in who needs to set up care for their family member and was referred to your agency by their doctor, and once you enter their contact information in Savii Care, you want to shoot a quick email message to this new referral thanking them for calling or with further information of something that you talked about with them over the phone. No problem. Simply:


        • Click on the “Referral 360” icon towards the left side of the page

        • Click on the “Contacts” tab towards the top of the page

        • Scroll through your contacts to the name of the contact you would like to email

        • Click on the envelope icon located under that contact’s name

        • Click on green “Compose” button


Once you click the orange "Send" button, the message you wrote will be sent directly to the email address that you have on file in Savii Care for that contact. It will show up in their email as a message from support@saviicare.com. However, when they go to reply to you, it will show them your personal/ business email address that is associated with your individual Savii.Care user login and will send their replies directly to that email address instead of to the Message Center in Savii Care, so you can directly respond to them without having to log into Savii Care. So, if your login name for Savii Care is name@agencyname.com, the reply will be sent to that email address, not to Savii Care.
