Even though a lot of agencies provide the same kind of care, not everyone refers to the care they provide in the same way. "Caregiver" may mean "someone that provides an ear to listen and light cleaning" for one company but with another company mean "anyone visiting the home and directly caring for an individual." To make sure you understand the language used in Savii Care and Savii Connect, below is a glossary of frequently used terms. Hope this helps you get acclimated as you begin to use Savii Care and Savii Connect. 



Agency 360

left navigational tab in Savii Care that provides access to enter any data regarding your specific agency (general info, teams, users, master files, privacy statement with Savii, payroll, reports)

Care Team

a group of people (“contacts”) and/or companies (“accounts”) that a client relies on in addition to your agency (the client’s family members, neighbors, doctors, advisors, etc.)

Caregiver

someone providing direct care to the agency’s clients, receiving permission through Savii Connect to:

  • view details that has been added by a Savii Care user regarding their own assigned schedule

  • view data about a specific client and their care plan that were entered into the Savii Care system by a Savii Care user

  • clock in and clock out at each scheduled appointment / visit

  • document the tasks that were completed during each appointment/ visit & add any additional notes about the care they provided or observations made, as needed

Client 360

left navigational tab in Savii Care that provides access to enter any data regarding a specific client (basic demographics, scheduling, visits, billing information, and reports)

Dashboard

main page/ tab within Savii Care; provides a quick glance at how the agency is doing (most recent messages, most recent tasks that need attention, number of referrals that week, agency census)

Profile

term used to identify the level of access to add, edit, and delete information within the Savii Care system based on their position & responsibilities within the agency

Referral 360

left navigational tab in Savii Care that provides access to enter data regarding new referrals, contacts or accounts

Role

term used to identify a Savii Care user’s position within the agency and set parameters of which sections of Savii Care this user has access to view

Savii Care

the program used to manage data related to referrals, clients, & billing within an agency, as well as facilitate communication amongst agency staff

Teams

groups of users or caregivers set up by the agency administrator in Savii Care for purposes of efficient communication within an agency

User

someone given permissions to access Savii Care or to access Savii Connect
