Ok, so you're having a bad day and can't remember your Savii Care password or find the piece of paper you wrote it down on? No worries; we understand. There are a couple of different ways you can reset it.


    1. Visit the Savii.Care homepage
    2. Click “I can't sign in or I forgot my username/password” at the bottom of the page & follow the given instructions

    1. Call the administrator for your agency
    2. Request your password be reset
