It was designed by people like you. HOWEVER, the support portal contains so much more than that. It's your connection to the makers of Savii Care, Akili Software. It allows you to contact them when you have question, problem, or request. You can view heat tickets through it that you've submitted, as well as learn more about all the features that are embedded in Savii Care to assist your agency!



Here's how you set it up:


      1. Upon receiving access to Savii Care, you will be sent an invitation email similar to the one below with instructions to set your login and password.

        2. Click on the link provided in the e-mail and enter your full name and preferred password.


                

And, look at that! You are in! That was easy.
