Just like most email providers, Savii Care provides the ability to securely message individuals, as well as set groups. This messaging system can be accessed in the first main tab in Savii Care called the “Dashboard”. In the Messaging Center, you are able to send messages to a(n):

   

INDIVIDUAL

communication between you and any individual Savii Care user

TEAM

communication between you and any one of the teams your agency has activated in Savii Care under the “Agency 360” tab (such as “day shift” or “night shift”) to notify that team of alerts or information which is specific to them, such as:

  • trainings

  • team meetings

  • documentation reminders

AGENCY

communication between you and the entire agency (Savii Care users only), such as:

  • weather alerts

  • agency closings

  • procedural reminders

  • new staff members

SAVII CONNECT

communication between you and your agency’s Savii Connect users, such as:

  • new shift alerts

  • inclement weather concerns

  • information all caregivers need to see (mass messaging)

SYSTEM

communication between Savii Care and the agency, such as:

  • updates to the Savii Care system

Been out sick for a day and want to respond to messages in chronological order? You can choose to view all the messages at once by clicking “View All” within the Message Center.


OR

Wanting to just see messages from a team? You can click on tab within the Message Center labeled “Team” and view just correspondence between you and a specific team.
