Another beautiful feature about Savii Care is the ability to track the number of referrals to the agency and be able to transfer them from referral status to client status (when the time comes) with only the click of a button. No need to waste any time having to re-enter the same information or take internal referral counts manually. As you get a new referral, whether it be a prospective client, new contact, or a new account, just enter them into Savii Care by following the following procedure:

      1. Click the “Referral 360” icon on the left side of the screen; “Referrals” should appear towards the top of the screen and should be green (Click on the "Contact" tab or "Accounts" tab if they are not a prospective client but a new contact or account instead.)
      2. Click the blue “Add New” button towards the top right of the screen
      3. Enter the information you have regarding that referral, contact or account
      4. Click the orange “Save” button at the bottom of that screen when you are finished entering in information for that new referral.



      In order to save a new referral or new contact, you must enter at least the following information:
                  • first name
                  • last name
                  • either a phone number or email address


        Then, when the time comes that a referral officially becomes a new client, all you have to do is:

            1. Click on the "Referral 360" icon on the left side of the screen
            2. Click on the name of the referral that is officially becoming a new client
            3. Click the blue Admit” button to the right, and all the information you have entered for that referral automatically transfers to the Client 360 section of Savii Care, making them an active client.
