On Sunday, July 5, your Savii Care account was upgraded to the latest version. This month, you will find several new features including Care Plan versioning and the ability to capture Supervisor and Client signature when a care plan is created. We have created Help Center articles so you can view this enhancements and make the most of them.
Care Plan Versioning
To view an active / current care plan, navigate to the client detail screen.
On the Care Plan tab, select the blue date link. This is the date the care plan was created.
A view only version of the active care plan displays including hours and assignments.
Print Service Plan
To print the service plan for paper documentation, simply select the PRINT button at the bottom of the view service plan screen.
Edit / Update Plan
To update a client's care plan, select the UPDATE button. This will launch the Care Plan module. Make needed updates.
Select SAVE.
NOTE: On SAVE, the existing plan is made inactive and the new care plan is made active. Both remain viewable and printable.
Capture Signatures
If signatures are needed, on the Service Plan tab, Select the CAPTURE SIGNATURES button. You can capture the Nurse / Supervisor's signature, the client's signature, or both using a tablet pc, laptop, or mobile device. Select Save and use the X in the upper right hand corner to close the screen.
NOTE: We are redesigning the print out of the full Initial Nurse Assessment which will display the full assessment (vs. the service plan only) and signatures. We expect this to be delivered by the end of July.
Other Fixes
Bugs have been resolved for individual accounts and have been reported to those users.
