In order to remove a caregiver's access to the Savii Connect app or terminate them as a staff member for your agency within Savii Care, simply:

  1. Click on the "Agency 360" tab
  2. Click on the "Caregivers" tab
  3. Click on the caregiver's name 
  4. Click on the "Employee Info" Tab 
  5. Enter their inactive date 
  6. Select the inactive reason 
  7. Click the orange "Save" button at the bottom of the screen
