When we developed Savii Care, we wanted to make sure you had the control you needed over your tool and the ability to meet HIPAA compliance when it comes to the access you provide your users.  To do this, we set up Roles and Profiles.  Here is how they work.



Roles


Roles define the level of access a user is given within an agency's Savii Care portal. This is a great way to ensure that all employees only have access to the areas of the system that pertain to their job duties or responsibilities.



Profiles


Profiles define the level of access a user is given with regards to adding, editing, and deleting information within the Savii Care system.
