All first time users of Savii Connect need to have credentials generated by Savii Care.
To generate credentials, navigate to the Agency 360 Module.
Select Personnel to see the Caregiver Manager and select caregiver you want to send credentials to.
Verify the the caregiver has a valid email on file. Please note that each email must be a unique. Shared email addresses are not allowed and are not HIPAA compliant.
Select the Schedule tab and check the box beside "Savii Care User."
Select Save.
The caregiver will automatically be sent an email with a temporary password and passcode.
New Savii Connect users will be prompted to to create a new password and passcode at initial login.
