To start scheduling any shifts for clients and caregivers, you need to make at least one visit type active for your agency, as well as save a service plan for that client. You can use a standard visit type, such as aide or transportation, or create your own.
- Click on the "Master Files" tab; the "Visit Types" tab should appear below and should have a green background.
In order to create a service plan for a client and schedule shifts for them, you'll need to also first set your agency's service plan preferences.
- If you plan to bill Medicaid or Commercial, select the appropriate HCPCS code from the drop-down list provided; otherwise, select "None" in the HCPCS Code column.
- Enter the amount to be billed.
- Enter any modifier that is required.
- Activate each visit type that you plan to use by clicking on the grey button labeled "Inactive"; it should turn orange and say "Active" once it is clicked, indicating that it is now active in the system for your agency. Once it is active, you can start using that visit type in the scheduling section of Savii Care.
- Within the "Master Files" tab, click on the "Care Plan" tab
- Activate the service plan categories you would like to use for any service plans created by your agency by clicking on the "Inactive" button to the right of the category and making sure it is orange and says "Active" on it
