On Thursday, June 17, 2016, Savii Care was upgraded to the latest version. This release includes user interface adjustments, filtering enhancements, note keeping enhancements within Client Manager, and employee badge enhancements, as well as a bug fix.


Adjustments within the Client 360 User Interface

You spoke. We listened. Based on feedback from several agencies, adjustments have been made to the following sections of Savii Care:

  • Billing Manager Tabs 
    • Agencies that do not bill Medicaid will now only see the Billing Manager tabs that pertain to their agency (Inbox, Invoices, and A/R), while agencies that bill Medicaid or Medicaid waivers through Savii Care will continue to see the Claim Box and E-Claims tabs, as well.
    • The order of the Billing Manager tabs have been rearranged to better reflect the typical workflow of our agencies.
  • Nurse Assessment
    • The term "Client Assessment" will now be used to refer to the section in the Client 360 that was previously referred to as the "Nurse Assessment", as the position within the agency that is responsible for completing the assessment varies from one state to another.  

           



Increased Filtering Options for the Caregiver Manager

You now have the ability to sort your caregivers within the Caregiver Manager according to their status with your agency: active, inactive, or all.

 


Enhancements to the Notes Section of Client Manager

You now have the ability to keep a log of phone calls that are made to a client within the Client Manager. Additionally, a note is created in the Client Manager of when a visit is cancelled by a caregiver, as well as the notification that is sent in the Message Center of Savii Care to the care coordinator and admin team members.


 

Increased Functionality with Regards to Employee Badges

You now have the ability to generate an employee badge for all Savii Care and Savii Connect users within your agency. This feature can be accessed by clicking on the "Generate Badge" button within the employee's file that is saved under the Personnel tab and User tab of the Agency 360.




Bug Fixes  


Resolved:  An issue where a user would be unable to scroll up and down on the page once the Find field of the Client Manager was used.
