In order to invoice a client, you must first confirm the completed visits in the Visit Manager, so the Savii Care system will know how many hours to bill your clients for and how many hours to document for payroll.


How to record/ confirm completed visits:

  1. Log in to Savii Care
  2. Click on the "Quick Navigate" button in the upper right corner
  3. Click on "Visit Manager
  4. Scroll down to the name of a client that the caregiver provided care for that week
  5. Click on "Confirm" link to the right of the client's name under the "Action" column
  6. Choose the correct caregiver from the drop-down provided next the word "Caregivers" in the upper left
  7. Hours recorded by the caregiver in the Savii Connect app, as well as their GPS location, will appear in the top section if you hover over the green location pinpoint icon below the scheduled time in and time out boxes. (If a caregiver did not use the Savii Connect app when completing the visit, a green location pinpoint will be missing below the time in/out and you will need to refer to the time sheet they handed in to you in order to document in this screen the time they recorded as clock in/out for the completed visit(s).)
  8. The tasks that the caregiver completed while completing a visit in the Savii Connect app will appear with a "+" sign next to them; the tasks that were not able to be completed will appear with a "-" sign next to them. (If a caregiver completed a visit while documenting the visit details on a paper timesheet instead of using the Savii Connect app, you can document the care they provided by clicking on the "+" sign next to each task they DIDN'T complete; clicking on the "+" sign changes the symbol shown to a "-" sign and prompts for the staff member to enter the reason the caregiver provided as to why the task was not completed.)
  9. If the caregiver did not use the Savii Connect app when completing the visit, scan the care plan into the computer using a scanner or other device, and click on the words "Upload Signed Care Plan", uploading the care plan from your computer database and into Savii Care for documentation purposes for the visit(s) completed. (If the visit(s) were completed using the Savii Connect app, the "Upload Signed Care Plan" link will disappear for that caregiver.)
  10. Enter any supervisor notes you would like to enter, as well as your supervisor signature (if necessary)
  11. Click on "Save as Draft" if you have information to complete on a separate day for that caregiver's completed visits OR Click on the orange "Approve and Lock" button to lock the visit details completed by that particular caregiver for that particular client that week. (The "Approve and Lock" button will not appear in the bottom right corner of the screen for that week until all the scheduled visits have been completed/ the end time of the last scheduled visit for that week for that client has passed.)
  12. Click on the "Confirm" button--- doing so will make it so the Visit Manager section of Savii Care will send the hrs. to the Billing Manager section of Savii Care and Payroll Manager section of Savii Care.
