On Thursday, May 26, 2016, Savii Care was upgraded to the latest version. This release includes payor enhancements, increased functionality within a client's master schedule, communication enhancements within the Client 360, and enhancements to the alert system for users, as well as several bug fixes.
Increased Payor Options
When you have a payor that is not a relative of that client, you now have the ability to choose "other" from the payor relationship drop-down menu for a self-pay payor source.
New Functionality on Client Detail > Schedule tab
If you click on a client's name within the Client 360 to open the Client Detail Screen, you can now view an entire month of scheduled visits at once for that client in the Schedule tab. Additionally, you can now schedule visits directly from that screen, using the blue "Quick Add" button that has been added to the bottom left of the calendar. This "Quick Add" button allows you to add visits to the calendar without having to switch to the Schedule Manager screen.
Ability to View Care Journal Notes in the Client 360
You are now able to see all care journal notes regarding a client, as well as cancelled shift notifications, in the "Notes" tab of the Client 360. To view these notes:
- Click on the Client 360 tab
- Click on the client's name
- Click on the "Notes" tab towards the bottom left side of the pop-up screen
- Click on each note's subject to view the contents of that note
New Feature: Select Users to Receive Late Shift Alerts
There is now a spot within the Agency 360 where you can specify exactly which Savii Care users in your agency are set to receive the late shift email alerts for your agency's scheduled visits. To access this, simply:
- Click on the "Admin" tab
- Click on the "Users" tab
- Click on a user's name
