On Friday, May 6, 2016, Savii Care was upgraded to the latest version. This release includes feature enhancements within the Client Master Schedule, Scheduling Manager, and the client's payor tab, as well as a couple bug fixes.

 

 

Increased care team member options 

You now have the ability to add preferred caregivers to a client's care team, in addition to any contacts or accounts associated with that client. To add a preferred caregiver to a client's care team:

    1. Click on the Agency 360 tab
    2. Click on the client's name
    3. Click on the orange "Update Client" button
    4. Click on the "Care Team" tab
    5. Click and drag a caregiver's name from the list provided into the care team section at the bottom of the pop-up window




New functionality within the Schedule Manager for setting caregiver rates


If you need to set a special caregiver rate for a specific visit with a specific client, you can now do that through the Schedule Manager. It only overrides the normal caregiver rate for that specific visit that you are scheduling. To make use of this feature, simply schedule a caregiver like you would normally in the Schedule Manager section of Savii Care and enter the specific caregiver rate you would like for that visit in the new "Pay Rate" box provided. You do not need to enter anything in this box if the normal pay rate applies to the visit you are scheduling, however. 




New payor field provided


You now have the ability to store a fax number for any LTC payors you might have. This information can be added the Payor tab of the client's file in the Client 360 when "LTC Policy" is chosen as the "Payor Source".



Bug fixes


Resolved:  An issue where the caregiver's title was displaying incorrectly on the Employee Badge. 


Resolved: An issue where a user's email address was not accepted by Savii Care because it contained an underscore was fixed.
