On Tuesday, February 16, 2016, Savii Care was upgraded to the latest version. This release includes feature enhancements within the Scheduling manager tab, as well as increased functionality for agency administrators in relation to resetting passwords and pass codes.

Increased Awareness of Visit Activity within the Scheduling Manager

You now have the ability to see whether a caregiver has accepted a shift, started a shift on time, or missed a shift all in one place. You can new see real-time visit information including shift start and end and location, as well. When you open Schedule Manager, you will now see 3 different locations of colored bars.

    • A colored bar at the BOTTOM of the box means a visit has been scheduled.

        • Blue bar on bottom = Visit ASSIGNED but not accepted or rejected by caregiver yet

        • Green bar on bottom = Visit has been CONFIRMED by caregiver

        • Orange Bar on the bottom = Caregiver has not clocked in within 1 MINUTE of shift start time

        • Red Bar on the bottom = Caregiver has not clocked in within 15 MINUTES of shift start time

        • Green bar on the left SIDE of the box means the visit is in progress

        • A green location pinpoint icon in the MIDDLE of the box tells you that a GPS location was taken and allows you to view that location by hovering over the pinpoint icon with your cursor.
