On Tuesday, January 5, Savii Care was upgraded to the latest version. This release includes feature enhancements within the Agency 360 tab, navigational upgrades within the Scheduling Manager and Visit Manager, a new function added for invoice adjustments, auto-fill enhancements within the Referral 360 tab, and a few bug fixes.

 

 

Increased customization options within the Agency 360

There is now an option to set the work week and time zone on which your agency functions within Savii Care. With the added work week enhancement, you will now be able to customize which day of the week your agency's scheduling and billing cycle begins and which day of the week it ends. Additionally, time zone enhancement allows you to set which time zone your agency follows, so messages can be sent out to employees according to your time zone.  

    • To set your agency's work week start and end days, visit the Agency 360 tab. Click on the Admin tab in the upper right, and within the Company tab, choose from the drop-down menu provided for "Work Week."
    • To set your agency's time zone, follow the same steps as you did for setting your agency's custom work week. "Time zone" is located directly below "Work Week". Choose from the drop-down menu provided. 




Enhanced navigational options within the Schedule Manager & Visit Manager

Not only can you toggle back and forth to view different weeks in the Schedule and Visit Managers using the left and right arrows provided, you can now also quickly jump to a date far in advance using one of the two new features. You can either manually enter the ending date of a different week you would like to view using the box to the right of "Week Ending Date" in the Schedule Manager or Visit Manager, or you can click on the box to the right of "Week Ending Date" and select the ending date of a week you would like to view using a drop-down calendar. However, within the Visit Manager, you will not be able to toggle past the current date; you will only be able to select a week ending on or prior to the current date on the calendar.    

 



 

New functionality within the Billing Manager for invoice adjustments

You now have the ability to delete an adjustment to an invoice, if necessary. Simply right click on the adjustment you would like to delete within the Billing Manager, and a blue "delete" box will appear. Pressing this "delete" button will delete the unwanted adjustment to the invoice.



 

 Auto-fill enhancements within the Referral 360 tab

You can now create a batch of all claims that are ready to bill for quick printing or emailing purposes.




Additional visual enhancement

When Billing Manager is selected from the Quick Navigate drop-down menu, Client 360 tab becomes highlighted in blue to accurately reflect the Billing Manager's location within the Savii Care system.




Additional Bug Fixes

An issue that prevented some active clients from displaying in the Client tab of the Schedule Manager was fixed.


An issue where an agency added to the Contact Manager would not save was fixed.   


An issue that caused scheduled hours to not calculate properly in the Visit Manager was fixed, as well as a few other minor bug fixes.
