With all the passwords and usernames you have to remember at work and at home, it's amazing we remember any of them. Don't freak out if you happen to forget your Savii Connect password or misplace the paper that you wrote it on. Just follow the following steps to reset it:

Open the Savii Connect app on our mobile device

Click the "Login" button

Then, click the "Forgot Password" link

Enter your username and click "Continue" (Your username is the email that you have listed with your agency.)
**You will receive a message that a temporary email has been sent to your email on file.
Check your email's Inbox for an email containing a temporary password from support@saviicare.com. (If you don't see an email in your Inbox, double-check your Spam and Junk folders.)
In Savii Connect, click "OK" to return to the Login Screen.

Enter your username and the temporary password that was sent to you by email.
Your new password must contain the following:
- at least 8 characters (either letters, numbers, or special characters)
- at least 1 number
- at least 1 uppercase letter
- at least 1 special character (!,?,/, etc.)
Note: If you do not receive an email containing your temporary password within 10 minutes, please contact your agency administrator.
