You’ve successfully made it to your scheduled destination. You’ve glanced over the care needed for this client, and it’s now time to start your care for this visit. All you have left to do is notify your agency to start clocking your hours for the visit. To do so:


  1. Log in to the Savii Connect app

  2. Click on the big green circle with the number of scheduled visits in it

  3. Click on the blue “View Visit” button under the client’s name and phone number for the scheduled visit you would like to begin

  4. Click the orange “Start Shift” button


Then, at some point before leaving the location of the scheduled visit/ ending your visit, be sure to:

  • Click on the check mark or minus next to each task, declaring whether you completed the task or not. If you were not able to complete a task before the end of your visit, record a reason for why you were not able to complete the scheduled task when prompted.
  • Enter a summary of the visit in the “Aide Notes” section (if required by your agency)
  • Enter your mileage in the box provided below "Aide Notes" (if applicable for your agency)
  • Click on the Savii Connect ball in the upper right to access the care journal, escort log, and DMAS, should you need to enter any notes in there for your agency. 

               **The care journal is where you can communicate important information with other caregivers that will be visiting that client later (such as unfinished tasks or notes regarding the health of the client that might need to be monitored or recorded for later reference, etc.). The care journal notes can also be viewed by the client's friends and family within the friends and family portal.



Once the visit has been completed, simply:


  1. Click on the “Client Signature” box to capture the client’s signature (if required by your agency)

  2. Click on the “My Signature” box to capture your signature (if required by your agency)

  3. Click “End Shift” at the end of your shift before moving to the next scheduled visit



Congratulations! You have officially submitted your visit hours for billing, and you are ready to move on to your next assigned visit.
