Do you happen to use Quickbooks Online for your agency's invoicing? Great news. Savii Care's direct integration with Quickbooks Online makes invoicing out of Quickbooks a piece of cake. To set up this direct connection, simply:


  1. Click on the AGENCY 360 tab
  2. Click on the ADMIN tab
  3. Click on the MASTER FILES tab
  4. Click on the BILLING EXPORT SETUP tab

  5. Click on the green CONNECT TO QUICKBOOKS button
  6. Fill out your Quickbooks credentials in the pop-up window that appears



Once you have entered your Quickbooks credentials, the
CONNECT TO QUICKBOOKS button will become inactive, and a disconnect link will appear to the right of that button. The appearance of this link signals to the user that the connection has been successfully completed in Savii Care. 



Lastly, you'll be asked to authorize the connection between QuickBooks online and Savii Care. Simply grant permission for the two to communicate, and then you're all set!
