There are 2 main spots in Savii Care that visits for a client can be scheduled: the client's Master Schedule and the Schedule Manager. However, the section of Savii Care that most agencies tend to turn to for managing and monitoring scheduled visits for their clients is the Scheduling Manager. The Schedule Manager allows them to schedule new visits, adjust scheduling details regarding an already assigned visit, and monitor the progress of visits that are scheduled for that day.

Before you begin scheduling in Savii Care, however, there are a few things you'll want to make sure you've done in order to enable scheduling in Savii Care for your agency and maximize the work that Savii Care can do for you. (Always nice, right?) See this article for those components.

Ready to get scheduling? Awesome. There are 2 ways to schedule a client in the Scheduling Manager. One way to schedule care for a client in this section is to:

  1. Click on the “Client 360” tab located on the left side of the screen after logging into Savii Care
  2. Click on the "Scheduling" tab located near the top of the screen
  3. Click on the blue "Quick Add" button
  4. Enter the client's name, visit type needed, date the service is needed (or the start date if you are bulk scheduling using this method), shift start time and end time, and caregiver needing to be assigned to the visit.
  5. If you would like to schedule this visit to be reoccurring (such as every Tuesday for the next month), fill in that information in the bottom left section that says "Repeat".
  6. When you are ready to secure the information in the schedule, click on the orange "Save Visit" button.

Here is the second way you can schedule care for a client in the Schedule Manager:

  1. In the upper right corner of the page, click on the "Quick Navigate" bar and choose "Schedule Manager" from the drop-down menu.
  2. Scroll down to the name of a client
  3. Click on a square that is in the same column as a date you would like to schedule care and in the same row as the client's name that you would like to schedule care for.
