Normally, as soon as you click the "START Shift" button within the Savii Connect app, your agency is notified within Savii Care that you have begun the visit. However, if you have no wifi connectivity or cell signal when you get to a client's location, there would typically be no way for your agency to know you are there through the app... until now.


First, you'll need to activate this feature for your agency. To do so, choose the "EVV Opt In" at the bottom of the Company tab in the Agency 360 by checking off that you understand the terms and then clicking on the blue "Subscribe to EVV" button to the right.



Then, simply have your caregivers do the following to “clock in” when arriving at a visit location that has no wifi connectivity:

  1. Log into the Savii Connect app

  2. Click on "View Visit" for the visit you would like to start

  3. Click on the orange "Clock in With EVV" button, which displays in place of "START Shift"
